I've been residing at this complex for just about 2 years now. So far, my tenure here has been nothing short of great. I've had a minute issue with my unit however, it was resolved within a timely manner. The maintenance people here are A-1! A resounding thank you to the best guy yet! Mr. Will. This man has ALWAYS ensured not only that my issues were resolved in a timely manner, but also came fixed it correctly on the first go! Keep up the great work!

I've been living in this community for over a year. The office staff really care about their residents. Maintenance is very prompt at addressing any issues we have. We absolutely love it here!

It's ironic they advertise AC. My AC hasn't worked for a week straight in 6 months. My wife and 2 daughters, 2 year old and 1 year old, live in CONSTANT fear our AC will be broke or leaking. In this 100 degree GA summer heat my babies will wake up SWEATING, drenched with hair that looks like they just got out of the pool. We submit service requests 2 to 3 times per week. Sometimes, by the end of the SAME DAY as the service request the AC is broke again. It's my Civic duty to share the truth. Also, the amenities are very nice. The weight room is always cooled properly along with the clubhouse (offices). P. S. I always pay rent on time and am an Army Reservist and go to school full-time for my Masters degree. My wife stays home with the 2 girls, in the heat, often leaving home just to find AC.

New owners have brought the property. New residents do not have to go through a background check like the previous residents. I definitely do not like that aspect at all.
