Maintenance is the worst! We have been flooded from the apartment above, took someone 3 hours to arrive! We were literally standing in ankle deep water. Fire and rescue had to come to shut the water off. The neighbors are loud, partiers, and the office does nothing about it. This week our air conditioner went out, its near 90 degrees, my mother lives here and she is 73. Called at 11 pm, left message, called twice today, STILL NO ONE has been to my apartment. Theres are many nice apartments in the Pooler area. Dont choose this one.

Convenient location near I-85, apartment complex is quiet due to being set back into the woods, dog park recently renovated, apartments recently renovated, and excellent price for the area.

No real major complaints. Wish the gate of our gated community actually worked.. Dog park isn't taken care of well. The waste containers are overflowing for days sometimes. Can't see the some building numbers due to the trees. The second pool has not been open the entire year I have lived here. I feel like there are a lot of things that sold me that we aren't given. Disappointing. The only thing that sets this complex apart from others is the office and maintenance staff.

Myself and my wife have been long term residents of the Preserve. We have seen it decline from a great place to reside. to an average place to reside.

The landscape is really excellently maintained! the office personnel are always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance crew is very friendly and most helpful, Nice place to live!!
