I lived in a very inexpensive unit, but my rent was cheap. I felt like I paid a fair price for the value that I got. I enjoyed the location tremendously, and I found that the overall community was mostly comprised of hard-working, family minded individuals. The office staff was mediocre; though I truly enjoyed working with Mark, I found most of the other individuals to be less than competent. I had a positive experience with the maintenance staff, the grounds staff, and my neighbors.
