    This place doesnt deserve the 1 star given. Lavon has to be the most incompetent property manager Ive ever encountered. Since she took over the property the property hasnt had a maintenance guy nothing gets fixed leaks are not tended to in a timely manner she allows repairs to marinate. All shes does is tell tenants any lie to get them out her face shes not going to handle anything. She sent know how anything on the computer cause she computer illiterate and is quick to tell you to wait for Brittany to return to work to do anything computer wise. Friedlam Partners is a company to stay away from. None of their properties are well kept. The property is roach infested but theyre charging you pest control fees but have yet to spray any pesticides. Stay away DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY HERE. YOUD BE MAD EVERY DAY OF THAT YEAR LEASE!!

    PLEASE DONT BE FINESSED BY THE PHOTOS. MY WIFE & I JUST DROVE 20hrs & walked into an apartment thats was absolutely FILTHY. Dead roaches everywhere & CRUSH ROACHES in what was meant to be a new plush carpet. Stains in the fridge, damp & mouldy bathroom cupboards, dirt on the walls and black fingerprints on the doors and cupboards. We have no family or friends in the state/city & are literally sleeping in our U-Haul plus its The Weeknd, so no ones available to speak to we had high hopes & our the beginning of our new journey has been a NIGHTMARE. So disappointing because we really trusted the ladies we were dealing with. First we were told we were getting one apartment, they changed it about 3 times, sent a few photos of what was gonna be renewed and literally did nothing. Sigh my chest
