Poor place to live Roaches!!! Mold in windows they want fix nothing I would not Recommend these apartments no anyone and they just went up on the Rent

Big problem is the management;I have personally have communicated concern around complex and nothing has been done about it; the only stay in that office they need to walk around to see from them self what problems they need to be corrected

There was only one maintence man. The hours of the office chaired at different days and time depending on the staff. The corporate office was never available for an bigger issues at hands. There is large amounts of mildew in the apartments. The rent card was the most unnecessary and inefficient ideal to come about. My last two months there I was charged fees Because for some reason one month I had to pay and extra $0.50 then one month I could pay because was going to pay to much.

My daughter has been living in these apartments for three years has always paid her rent on time and has never been a problem or issue. Mason is out. Here sucks her apartment has had mold in it several times her floor has flooded several times she’s had mushrooms growing her carpet the air conditioner constantly breaks down Maintenance will not reply to phone calls or emails management hang up the phone and takes it off the hook . The corporate office has been called several times for these issues not even to get a call back Katie. The office manager is unprofessional and knows nothing and lies so much. These are the worst apartments in Savannah.

By far the worst year I’ve had at this property new management is needed expeditiously and will definitely be my last! You can barely get in touch with staff and when you do she (Katie) doesn’t know anything at all. Sure I had a fire alarm that stayed on for literally 5 months before someone came to turn it off so I lived in hell with a headache. Had a water leak on five occasions 2 air condition leaks and 3 hot water tank Leaks the property manager would never send anyone out and asked for the carpet to be replaced do to the moldy smell the response was I’ll have to pay 2,000 to get that done! You call they screen your calls poorest service I’ve received living here at Bradley (Apartments) pointe since 2020. It’s more but I’ll say less. And must I add how unprofessional it is to sit in the office in the dark that’s not welcoming for new residents at all!!

Extremely over priced. They have had a roach infestation in several buildings for years and still have yet to get rid of them. There is only 1 door for each unit. the ceilings are low and the rooms are small, especially the kitchen and laundry areas. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Some of the cleanest apartments and the Manager was incredibly professional!!
