I saw a lot of roaches and it took them seven months to fix my AC due to there is no staff which is not my problem but management are too kind and helpful

Do NOT trust these people. They will take your money, give you a move in date and you will never get the keys. Then they will give you the run around about getting your deposit and fees back.

How do people supposed to contact you guys if you don’t a valid phone number on hand

Writing a review seems to be the only way to get in touch with staff. I’ve tried to contact via email, call, and text but have not received any response. I’m moving from out of state so I can’t just “drop by” the complex. Any form of direct communication would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly never encounter such unprofessional property management. I had maintenance/repair requests, it took few months for them to solve it. I had to reach out to the city sanitation because mold started growing and slowly was becoming unhealthy environment for my family and I. The only thing this property would do for you is take your monthly payment nothing else. As I’m stating this , about almost 2 months ago, I put in a a service request because my bathroom floor was sinking and everytime the bath-tube or toilet was being used , water would leak down to the neighbors on the lower level. My bath-tube needs to be sealed. Also, my sink replaced due to a hole on it. About three weeks after my service request, they sent repair service who literally just put cement on the floor and then they left never came back. Everything else was left as it was completely unfinished (as picture shows). Now it’s been a month I’m living with this unfinished construction site in my apartment. Now my home smells like raw, unfiltered sewage and cement chips from the floor after this whole time. Which is now an unhealthy environment for an adult specially that I have a 2 year old toddler running around the house. And mind you I am a very good tenant. I’m never late on my rent , never caused problems.

Place is a pit!!! Bait and switch when you come to look at apartments! Management is terrible, they Do Not respond or Act on problems or issues! Security Gate has not worked in over a year, pool is not open and will not open, roofs leak into top floor apartments, water bills are through the roof, appliances don't work, just to name a few. Run very far away, don't live here!!!!!

I moved into this property on January 5, 2022. When I moved in I was given an inspection sheet and the apartment I was moved into already had so many issues. The filter in my AC unit was never changed, the floor is peeling up in my bathroom, the cover on my light in my bedroom is broken, and there was a terrible leak under my kitchen sink. I wrote all of this on the inspection sheet and expected someone to come fix these things, like I was told, and no one did. I put in a maintenance request on March 20, 2022 for the leak, as it was progressively getting worse and worse, and I heard nothing back… FOR FOUR MONTHS. Since I work during the week it’s nearly impossible for me to make it into the office during hours, but I would call, and call, and call, and no one answers the phone in this office. Or if they do answer, expect to be out on hold for over an hour and then have them hang up on you. The only reason why someone FINALLY came up and fixed my leak is because a literal MUSHROOM began to grow IN my apartment. I expected this had happened because a couple weeks prior a maintenance man had flooded the unit next to me. I had to call out of work this day and I called the office five times initially, no answer (shocking), and then when I came up to the office Katrina was the rudest person I had ever met. Not to mention she had been very rude on previous encounters including whoever that woman is that works at the front desk. Katrina denied that the unit next to me was ever flooded, which is an actual joke because I have proof of emails the property sent out about it and they had to cut off our water in our building when this happened. When I notified them of the mushroom they sent out a random man (who I’m pretty sure was not a maintenance man). When he came he used my personal dustpan to get the mushroom out, including his BARE HANDS, and when he left he left the mushroom in my dustpan on my kitchen floor. No one had been communicating with each other because two other maintenance man came by asking about it a couple hours later when the work had already been done. When I initially put in the maintenance request I did not give entry access because I wanted to be present when work was done on my apartment. I also reiterated this to Katrina in a message on my Resident Portal. The day after maintenance came I left for work and they entered my apartment without permission. No one contacted me about this and I was not informed they would be tearing up half of my carpet and putting an industrial sized dehumidifier in my apartment that is extremely loud. I did not know they were doing this until I came home and saw the dehumidifier. Why enter my apartment and not call me and tell me what you’re doing?? Especially when I denied access?? You guys are ridiculous. Whatever you do, don’t live here. Live anywhere BUT here. Also, I was informed I was moving into a renovated unit and the unit I am in is NOT renovated at all. My unit looks NOTHING like the units they have on their website, but that’s a whole other story and I have many more. Previous reviews mention how trash valet is a scam, believe them, it is. This place is a joke. I have never dealt with something so horrendous in my entire life until I began to live in this trash hole.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! If you see all the other reviews they aren’t lying!! From BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they literally sit at they desk and do nothing they ignore calls and all they are very unprofessional including the manager Katrina, and her assistant with the big poofy hair on her head not too mention poor maintenance not up to part…..also they’re not real maintenance people they gotta be family members they gave a job too cause they little to no fixing lol sad to say……Valet trash is a scam at this point !!! They charge an extra $25 to pick up my trash which I can do on my own but if your gonna charge me why not!! So they don’t pick the trash up every day cats are bad in the area they get into trash and bite holes in it so now the person who supposed to get the garbage isn’t going to because it had holes. Well if y’all pick the trash up when your supposed to that wouldn’t happen. Then they have the nerve to be picky about what trash they gonna grab…BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!! So because of the bad cats getting into peoples trash out side our front doors the hallways smell horrible and critters are all over it’s so unsanitary especially with the heat coming…..PEOPLE PLEASE don’t let the front part of the building fool you with the pool and the amenities they will show you have them take you through the back where it’s get kinda tacky. Will not be renewing!! You heard it here first!!!!

Worst place ever, please never ever apply for an apartment here, worst service/management, they don't answer the phone, or emails.

Nobody is ever at the office and the phone is always off the hook. There is no way to get ahold of anyone and since the phone is off the hook you can not leave a voicemail.
