Friendly staff, timely maintenance when needed. However some neighbors aren't courteous as others in terms of noise levels which is stated in the lease.

Management was great. The laundry facilities are nice enough. My apartment never had any major problems, and the minor ones were quickly addressed. The rent was reasonable for the apartment, and the location is great for Armstrong students or anyone working on the southside or Georgetown.

The management was terrible, maintenance staff was terrible. I lived there for a year, and i gave them a list of thigns that were wrong with the apartment when i first moved in, and when i moved out, those items were still not taken care of. They did not enforce parking laws at all, people parked where they want and the staff did nothing.
