When I moved in my apartment was freshly painted. I love my granite counter tops in both the bedroom and the bathroom! Great place for still a reasonable price in the Savannah area!

The actual apartment is fine. The residents are literally trashy. Neighbors throw trash everywhere and it's disgusting. One person in building 2 just throws his trash over the railing all the time. He says the dumpster is too far away. This place is just gross.

I love how convenient to places I go in town. The pool is great. The repair guys are great and office people are really nice. I love my apartment!

I like the area, they are the best price I found for that part of town. I love the pool! I have only had 1 problem that needed fixing, they were there same day to take care of it. The office staff seem very friendly and nice.
