If you thinking of moving here my respone is No, No, No .........This is a run down property. Once we move in we have kitchen sink leacking ,we have no kitchen pantry so I had all my grocery under the sink that got destroyed , bathroom sink & tub not draining , bedrooms door not closing, Dryer not working. They just have 1 maintenance man running everywhere so when you complain their answer is we dont have enough help.Their swimming pool is not ready to use. Not a clean property & there is lots of Neighbour foot steps noise as they dont have good insulation .floor & patio was not clean when we move in .If you want piece of mind , dont move here.

The nighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. The people that are my neighbors are respectful and very nice.

The staff at Viera are always so nice and courteous. Every time I have had an issue they have gotten it taken care of right away. The only issue is while the apartments are nice, I feel that for the money paid they could be a little nicer, things like super thick coats of paint on the walls, and thin carpet.

*Maintenance requests were not attended to on a timely manner: The staff gave the excuse of short on maintenance workers : Water leaks should not take 10 days of no one checking apartment! *The communication was poor: I had to call or email to check on status and end results for every situation *The apartment had a pet from previous renter when we moved in: the complex did not thoroughly clean before renting apartment to us- dog hair was stuck on all base boards of every room& bad dog smell

I've been a residence here since 2010, briefly in 2007 when it was island tree. This was a great place and location to call home, but over time and management and maintenance changes my residency have become overlooked and pretty much forgotten. Work orders that I've called in have been unanswered and neglected! If they are completed they are done poorly! I've had a hole in my ceiling for over a year that was caused by a leak in the apartment above me that has yet to be repaired! Promises but n
