Unfortunately, I can't say it's the best place to live but it's not the worst either. The staff doesn't seem to properly know how to take care of residents with issues and say it's not their problem for many things. If you don't talk to the staff you live pretty decently, but if you have a work order or a different problem and you need to go to them, it's like the issue goes in one ear and out the other. I still have things wrong in my room that I have requested to be fixed in the past.

I have lived here for 3 months and my Key FOB has never worked and have had many issues of false promises by staff.

The apartment complex has been running very well;we've had no issues with the appliances, the lights, bugs in the apartment, etc,.. The only thing that frustrates me in the apartment is that the wifi sometimes completely just stops working (despite how much we've tried to fix the problem).I gave the rating that I did mainly for the service & the employees working at the front office at 111 South. Some of them have been very polite & cordial with me every time I come in, but others..incred. rude.

More guess parking. there is more than enough resident parking.
Pool should be open 24 hours since it is the main amenity we pay for.
Gates to pool should be open because it lets people from buildings 2, 3, and 4 have easy access to the computers at nights

I really wish our gate codes would work. I think 111South is such a nice place & would love to have guest, but I can never "buzz" them in. I physically have to walk out to the parking lot every time. Also, living in building 3, the big visitor parking lot is so far away. It helped when there were some spots added by the dumpster, but in my personal opinion that whole gated side could be visitor parking. There is PLENTY of parking surrounding the building & not many people parked near the gate.

"Promises" are not kept, emails are not responded to in a timely manner if at all, employees seem more concerned with 111's image more so than the satisfaction of their residents.
