I love that I can call the office and be assisted anytime I need help or have a question about anything and they are always there with an answer to my question or with a solution to whatever problem that I may have.

Had to file complaints against both of my neighbors and nothing has truly been done about it. This is the only year out of a total of 3 years where we have continuos problems. And ridiculous overages.

While overall good, some general maintenance is really lacking, such as one of the exterior shutters being ready to fall off and lots of little things breaking in the apartment (like my doorknob, twice).

The exercise equipment is sketchy. The printer doesn't usually have paper .

They allow you to have pets.The only thing is maintenance takes forever. The maintenance do a great job and I'm happy with their work, but it takes awhile to get in contact with them through the office. Like if something isn't working then you might have to wait a week for them to come look at. I don't know who's at fault there, but it's just a pain. Not being able to see overages suck because you don't know what you are using up so much to change a habit.

It was difficult to get the leasing office to comply with tenant needs. You have to ask one hundred thousand times before they are willing to help you.
