BEWARE ~ My wife and I moved into this complex in early December of 2022, it's almost May of 2023 and we haven't been allowed to sleep for a single night due to the noise coming from our upstairs neighbors. They also consider our backyard to be their personal landfill and throw trash out every day. I've addressed this with management on a weekly basis and have only been told "We're taking the proper procedures to address this issue" AND "You are free to vacate but will forfeit your security deposit and owe 2 month's rent per the lease." 04/27/2023: After having posted my review, the property manager called to harass and intimidate me into taking down my review. They had no updates regarding the reported issues. 05/08/2023: the folks above me have voluntarily left at the end of their lease and moved on to do this somewhere else. I hope those considering moving here take into account what they may be subjected to, and at the very least, be made aware of what many people are experiencing. This seems to be a consistent issue per the other 1-star reviews. 05/20/2023: It somehow got worse. Today I saw the state of the flooring that was removed from the apartment above mine and it's completely caked in all sorts of mold. It's vinyl flooring and it's so nasty it's just disintegrating. Dekalb county mandates monthly inspections for the health and well-being of tenants and this, this was permitted month after month. It cannot be legal to knowingly and negligently endanger the lives of tenants. 05/22/2023: I called to speak with the property manager regarding the amount of mold and health hazard it presents and was told "You're harassing us and if you don't stop we'll terminate your lease." This is likely to be the final update as I'm no longer allowed to speak with any staff member regarding ANYTHING. No maintenance requests, no questions, no concerns. No idea why the apartment staff resorts to threats, intimidation, and harassment.

I highly recommend The Reserve at Stone Creek. The staff is very professional, and Sonia helped me with everything I needed. Security is helpful too.

Never heard anything from them

Ive lived here only a few months. My experience so far has been very good. The office staff from beginning to present were most helpful. Sonia Griffin worked diligently with my application process. And Carla is the person you want to talk with concerning rental payments and issues. She definitely helped to resolve a couple unexpected issues I was recently faced with.

Hate to have to change my review from 5 stars but unfortunately someone attempted to steal my car while it was parked right in front of my apartment the other night. Luckily my camera caught who did it but now it doesn't feel as safe to be here😕 Another car was also broken into but due to being push start the idiot went to my car (both cars were hyandais person tried starting engine with a USB and left the USB in my car after escaping thru the broken window😒 everything happened in under 3 mins btw) morons didn't realize hyandais now have a immobilizer and anti theft protection smh apparently these individuals do this often. So if you happen to see 4 young black males circling by ur car in either an old red toyata Camry or a white (I believe Nissan or ford) hatchback somewhat older model (although violence isn't the answer) I suggest having some type of protection on your person😊 Sad idiots lik these ruin neighborhoods smh
