I really like living here. The apartment is nicely laid out and equipped. The pool and clubhouse are top notch. We didnt see any better during our search. And it is very low key and quiet.

Provenza Old Peachtree is a great to live. It is family oriented and the amenities are awesome.

I love living at the Provenza at Old Peachtree!!! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the community is pure quality and the professionalism of the office staff is outstanding! Thai, Abby and Alley really care about the residents here and go above and beyond to ensure your happy.

My experience at the Heights at Old Peachtree has been pleasant and certainly worth every penny. The amenities are great and the staff are incredible.

Good place to live.

The management team (Joni and the assistant manager in training) is very unprofessional and extremely rude. On the first of every month, the management team places a big bright neon sign at the entrance gate with big bold capital letters stating, RENT DUE TODAY. Really, like we're children. Also, they tell tenants that if they do not leave their water faucets dripping during cold winter months and a pipe burst, tenants will be held liable. (tenants are responsible for their water bill). Trying to pass the responsibility on to the tenant shows irresponsibility on the managers part. If pipes were not properly insulated for cold months ask residents for help versus threatening them with liabilities that belong to management. I wonder what the county building inspector would say.Apartments were not properly insulated from one unit to the next. You can hear everything in the unit above and next to you. You can hear your neighbor snoring, taking a shower and cooking in the kitchen. Don't move here.
