    Lived here for three years, will not renew lease, parking is horrible one handicap spot for the bldg one not handicap accessible,alarms go off constantly during the night, very thin walls, garages under unit that can be bei rented by other attendants going up and down at any given hour of day or night,mgmt does not notify you before entering your unit, rent vPricey and not worth it , have not had a full nights rest without being awakened by noise

    In the past two months the apartments alarms have sounded for 5-20 minutes on three separate occasions. I've left many messages with the front desk, but have never received an apology or explaination. I have a 3 month old and they'll often go off during the night; this last one lasted for 30 minutes. The alarms are even louder in the hallway, so you can't even leave to escape it. I have to get my child's hearing checked because of them.Also, the parking is terrible and our air conditioning has broken close to ten times in the year we've lived here, reaching temperatures in the 90s. You'd think with being so pricey they'd at least have decent service. If you value your sanity and your sleep, don't rent here.

    They do not keep up the buildings' breezeways or stairs blown from the leaves and debris that accumulates as you're entering the buildings & going up the stairs. They don't seem to care about the cleanliness of the building. When Pegasus was managing, they did better with maintaining bldg. cleanliness. They also offered the tenants perks (i.e., monthly social events, offered snacks in the leasing office, etc.). It's just bear bones now and nothing appealing to want you to stay.

    Rent is extremely high, I can hear parking lot noises more easily than any other apartment I've rented, and the teenage kids are annoying loud jerks (the survey wouldn't let me use the profanity I had originally typed and no one does anything about it.

    This place has been cutting corners and they have been noticed. The issues are mainly with the new management company that recently took over the property. The snacks, sodas, and coffee creamer have disappeared. The business center is hardly a business center. One of the computers does not work and the printer has been out of toner for weeks. These things were some of the things that attracted me to this complex 2 years ago.
