OVERPRICED. They didnt keep corridor clean, just an okay place for a lot of money. Over valued.

Do not live here; it is operated by bad people. I don't even know where to begin. Alarms frequently go off at all hours of the day and night, so loud it hurts. As someone with a baby and someone out who works from home, they were extremely inconvenient. Every time I'd ask what caused it they would say "overflow" and it's fixed, but a weeks later another 10 minutes of screeching alarms occur. There is vomit in the halls that takes weeks of complaints to be cleaned. Dog poop everywhere. Parking is atrocious. I live on the the third floor, with no elevator and baby; I at least want to be able to park close when I have groceries but all of the good spots are taken by broken down cars. Our AC frequently broke leaving us with 95 degree air for days; they offered 1 fan for the four days takes to be fixed. The property manager is unpleasant. Rent increases by hundreds of dollars every year. We needed an extra month in our 700 square feet apartment until our house is ready, and they are charging us $2400 for one month. Very bad people and horrible place to live. I am glad to wash my hands of this place.

I have never spoken with someone this rude in my life. This person was so demeaning and she was trying to speak down on my mother just because her English isnt that great. Then the manager came out and told us to quiet down because she was on the phone. Here we are being subjected to abusive language from her worker and she tells us to quiet down. I am so appalled by their behavior.
