Can't get repairs done. The dryer vents go into the walls between apartments. When my neighbor upstairs uses his dryer, the moisture and lintel come into my dryer. The smell is terrible, the heat increases my power bill. When I use my dryer, there is so much lint in the vent in the walls I guess, it just backs up in my vent. Neighbors in C building are very loud all night every night. We have complained but still get woken up every night. I am so tired because I haven't slept well in weeks. Water bill is extremely high for one person. 2 to 3 times the amount I would pay for just me if I had a separate meter. The dryer vents in the wall is the main problem. I complained about this over 2 yrs ago and it still isn't fixed. I have other issues I haven't reported because it doesn't seem to do any good. Maintenance request definitely needs to be addressed here. Also, the noise needs to be addressed. If I were that loud I would probably get evicted but other people can scream all night and it's ok. I am looking for another place to move to.

The people in the office are so nice and are very willing to help you with any concerns. The community is very welcoming. All the workers are extremely personable, whenever they walk by you they always say hello.

All the windows do not close 100% and cold air comes through. The wood and screen on the porch is deteriorating. Cabinets in kitchen are not on the wall all the way. Bathroom counter top is coming up.
