No star is what they really get... the picture that is displayed for units are false. This property is a comple Read Morete health hazard that is over prized. Units are pest infected, raccoons live in the walls, due to several vacant and open areas below apartments where they get in, they guard the steps of apartments which is completely dangerous. Ceilings are disgusting to even look at due to the yellow circle stains from the slow leak from the tenant above. Black mold is also an issue here and when called to inform the leasing office of this matter the lies and excuses given to have all this fixed and taken care of is impossible yet you all are so quick to send out memos about everything else. TO ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS POST PLEASE I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK ELSE WHERE , dont waste your hard earned money here to live in these conditions.

Do not live here. I first moved here in 2013 and it was ok. The appliances our outdated but they all still wor Read Moreked. Over the years, i have had continual problems with my AC unit. It will continually run and will not cool the home. My electric bill has been over 200 bc of this. They refuse to install a new AC unit. There is little to no airflow upstairs. The walls are super thin and you will hear your neighbors tv or music. The tenants arent that great, you will hear base from cars at all hours. They take forever to fix anything and i had to beg for a new fridge for two weeks. I have written the company that owns this property and Ill do it again before Im out of here in 2 months. My advice, pay more money for better appliances, AC, and property management.

When my girlfriend was single, her apartment had enough space for her. Now that we are together, we need more Read Morespace. Forest Hills will not allow us to move from one of their single bedroom apartments to one of their doubles, without her being penalized with ridiculous fees for breaking her lease early. The only thing this rule is doing, is making it difficult for my girlfriend and I to live together. Of course I would feel much better about Forest Hills if they showed some attempt to work with us. I can't think of any reason why they would stick to this rule, other than the chance that they could weasel some money from us out of a technicality. We would never agree to pay the full penalty for breaking a lease, just to live in a different Forest Hills place. We would obviously go somewhere else, if they insist on giving absolutely no benefit to us for moving to a bigger place with them. There is no reason for the penalty.I will try to contact someone else at Forest Hills, and if someone treats this situation with more respect, I will gladly chalk this experience up to a misunderstanding and delete this review. This rating is a reflection of Forest Hills's complete lack of any effort to empathize with my girlfriend's living arrangements, and not being willing to lift a finger to help us move in our dream to live together. If an apartment management is going to show such little concern for our changing living arrangement needs, then I don't think this would be a healthy environment for us to be around. Hopefully, this is a misunderstanding, I can take this review down, and we will live happily at Forest Hills for years to come.

Very little problems living here. During summer and some fall months when I first moved in I had problems with Read More water bugs (or roaches). When I let the office know they always had the bug company come out and then kept me on the list so I wouldn't have to return to the office each month. I currently have not had any problems in at least 6 months. Office responds timely and staff is very friendly.

We are glad you enjoy living at Forest Hills, if you ever need anything please let us know. We really appreciate you taking the time to review our community.
Apartments are very old/outdated appliances. My ice maker has not worked consistently since I have been livin Read Moreg there. My neighbors below me smoke cigarettes and it makes my apartment smell horrible. My GA power bills were over $200 due to the old windows and cracks in the building. I had several ceiling leaks while living here as well. The location and office staff have been great, but I never once have felt like this is my home. It's close to my work so that is a huge plus.
