    Dirty rooms on move in, which we had 2 clean & complain on move in. They advertise that the apartments are "luxury" but are really laminate countertops & floors. They also cater to section eight, which is not "luxury." The park is old wood & splintered which is dangerous to children. The management is very incompetent. You have to hand your rent to someone in the office or they wont know you paid your rent because they dont check the mailbox regularly. Stay away from this property if you can. Theres other properties that compete at every level and are a better deal. Shop around people!

    I have not had any issues. All maintenance orders are fixed in a timely matter.

    1. The location of my apartment does not work well with my existing cable company, which i had to switch 2. The drainage from the upstairs apartment in the water heater is loud and annoying at times
