When we first moved in to the complex it was perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better home.however, things slowly starting going down hill. The management was awful, calls went weeks with out being returned, rent checks not deposited, referral bonus weren't paid. Buy the time we moved (after living there for 3 years) we couldn't wait to be out of there.

everything I need to know was told to me up front nothing left for surprises when I moved in. I need something fix within the apartment it was done in timely manner. The office staff was always helpful. I enjoyed living there. I only move because of health reason the stairs were too much for me.

Does not take care of problems in a timely manner. I feel like a nuisance when I complain about people above me but nothing is being done. The big dogs pooping outside and the owners not cleaning it up is out of control and I know people have expressed there aggravation about it

Office staff was polite and professional. Maintenance crew were outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty. Generally it was a nice quiet place to live. Only one neighbor caused some problems and we addressed these with the staff.
