Local Reviews

In downtown but not directly in it. Can be very unsafe at night due to homeless and criminal activity.

near COSTCO, near downtown, near public transportation, to many homeless, otherwise great building

I really like the restaurant next to my home. The taste is very good. Every time I meet with friends, I will eat there.

There's nothing unique about it. I do have a nice view from my bedroom. We have a place to live. I do like that stores are near by where I'm able to go too. (Foodland, Longs, Times)

Its conveniently located near many places. Many destinations are all well within walking distance. Also I feel much more comfortable because of the heavy population on Samoans.

Living in my neighborhood, you dont have to worry about any gang violence. Our neighbors care for each other and look out for one another.
