Local Reviews

In downtown but not directly in it. Can be very unsafe at night due to homeless and criminal activity.

near COSTCO, near downtown, near public transportation, to many homeless, otherwise great building

What is unique about the neighborhood is that is is very diverse. Favorite restaurant is Mc Donalds. And, I like to go the the beach park with my friends..s.

Lower rental cost. A few friendly neighbors who watch out for your property. Access to public transportation although you need to walk about 1/4 mile to get to a bus stop.

local bars and restuarants are very specialm I personaly love to go there with friends and family and ofcourse the city`s atmosphere in general

I like to live near the commercial street, whenever I go shopping,I can walk there directly. I don't have to drive to a shopping mall far away to go shopping. I like to go to the nearby KFC with my family and children because the children really like the food there.
