                                                        Very compatible population (senior). Convenient to necessary services. Access to free transportation.

                                                        The area is clean. All of the neighbors are so nice and friendly. Short walking distance to a beautiful hiking trail. Short driving distance to great restaurants and shopping. Great community park. Monthly pop up local markets.

                                                        Newer homes. Going to the park with kids walking distance of stores and restaurants. Safeway is close by

                                                        I love the look and feel of the neighborhood. I enjoy all the different food eateries that we have. The biggest thing is how the community has everything inside to stay inclusive so you can survive without going to another city for something.
