So far this is the only apartment complex with staffing that responded quickly and professionally with me. I am excited to rent here soon! Customer service goes a long way for me and so far the Villas at Hayden North have been awesome! Thank you, Felicia!

These apartments come with attached garages which is a huge plus in the winter months in hayden and you have a second space out front of the garage. The apartments are very spacious, plenty of natural light and in a cute neighborhood. The manager was very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile.

there was a leak in the roof, took 5 months to get them to come in and even access the damage. The leak lead tp bad water damage in the attic, outdoor storage, our 2nd bedroom completely. on elf the walls had so much water you would barley push on it and you could see a wave of water move across the wall. I kept telling them we needed out of our lease they would not. instead they had our car towed right out of our drive way because our parking sticker was " 2 inches" too high. The tow truck broke our car axel and then we had to pay $300 to get it back. Moving back to the water damage, they kept promising they would be coming in and never showed. NOT to mention I had a new born baby at the time and a 3 year old. We were al sharing one room as the second bedroom was so bad. Eventually we moved in with family as we found black mold in the attic and the second bedroom wall, they also were going to charge us to break the lease eve though it was so unhealthy for us to be there! They charged us paint and rent even though it was their fault! The day we were moving out maintenance stopped by because my husband flagged them down. They told us they were never told we needed to be seen. The he saw the blocked mold the maintenance guy told me were were not the only ones. They have about 11 other apartments with the same issue! this place is poorly put together. Our Master Bedroom door would not shut because it was so crooked. After we left, a WEEK later they moved someone in! The maintenance guy told me all they were going to do is paint over it even thought the entire apartment walls needed to be torn down. but instead they lied to another person and put them in an unhealthy environment. DO NOT MOVE HERE you will have no idea what you are moving into and your health is not worth it!

Just stay away if u dont want to loose your deposit!! No matter how clean you leave your unit they will find ways to take all your deposit. Thats my experience. Also no disposal in kitchen.

Sent them an Inquiry and havent heard back from them or any of the other 4 properties I inquired about over the weekend.

Super hard to get a hold of them. Was promised a call back twice with no response. Emailed several times with no response for weeks. The price was raised up on us 3 times in less than a month when we first inquired.
