We are fine with the living space but the rent is so high for the space we have so well be moving. The price to have a pet is a ridiculous $700 deposit (they say part of it is refundable but that it isnt guaranteed) and also $40 a month on top of that. The customer service is not helpful or very friendly because it just seems like they care more about themselves than the customers. Outside our apartment in the hallway is almost always dirty with food or trash on the floor and its just left there for daysbasically they dont clean very often.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. Our rental rates are with in the market for Luxury Apartments. We do offer many different options and floor plans to choose from so our rental prices vary. You are correct that we charge a pet deposit as well as pet rent. Our pet deposit is $250 and is fully refundable at move out, pending no damage. We also have a pet fee of $250 and Pet rent of $40. Our Pet rent, deposits and fees are posted on our website and a copy of our pet policy is available in the office for review. Im in California, my daughter and son-in-law did the leg work!! The office workers could not have been nicer or more patient! Im looking forward to living in my new state, in my new apartment and meeting these people.
