There in nothing unique. It is a typical quiet family oriented neighborhood We don't really go anywhere except for wals or bike rides in the neighborhood..

Close to great shopping and many restaurants and gyms to go to. Coffee shops are close by along with schools in the neighborhood.

We have a small neighborhood pool and basketball court. Lots of people walking dogs and kids, so there are a lot of active nice people.

Our neighborhood is nice because there are very good people that make up your neighbors. There are also many families with children to be friends with. Our neighborhood also provides amenities such a pools, parks, and a gym.

Located in an area with other subdivisions with friendly people. Has more of an elderly population who are quieter.

It is centrally located, and the neighbors are friendly without being nosy. There are walking paths nearby, and it is close to shopping and other business.
