They are worse, we need to log any appartment issue by mail...they don't respond to call for issues and it tak Read Morees 3-4 days for then to fix issue...elevators remain not working for months...directory calling is not working from last 20 days but they don't care...club house under construction from more than year and half...there only agenda is to get money out of residents...if you are unable to pay rent by 9 am on 1st they charge 150 bucks...these people sucks...don't come here if you want to live peacefully...they don"t diserve even single stars

Amazing place to stay and even the best staff! Its located in the best area which is in reachable distance to Read Moreeverything you need. Very good apartments with all the facilities like Gym, Club House, Play Area and Tennis Courts. And awesome staff who are very friendly and always ready to help you. Looking forward to continue my 3rd year stay at this apartments. @Stonebridge Village Keep up the good work and way to go!!

I have been staying in this apartment from the past 3 years with the new management take over, the below menti Read Moreoned concerns were ariased:1. Units are still old same without any maintenance from inside.2. Washer and Dryers is being pretty old and torn out and coin dispenser will not work properly.3. Roaches are one of main concern in and around the apartment and the Refuse room is not properly maintained. 4. Rent is being increased drastically year on year without any reasoning for the Existing tenants.5. The deviation from new tenants and existing tenants lease renewal is nearly 200 to 300 dollars difference on month on month rent.6. The approach of property staff towards existing tenants is being horrible and not cordial.

I had to give that 1 star to write the comment. Pros: 1. The only good thing is that it is in a good school di Read Morestrict.Cons: 1. Very bad management.2. The management keeps increasing the rent for existing tenants and keep reducing rent for new comers (I am paying 1399 for a 1 bed 1 bath and now they want to increase it by another 30$ when they are offering the same unit for 1299 for the new guys with a one month rent wave off)3. It has been 10 months since they ripped off the carpet in the common area with the intent to renovate but did not complete yet. (to every potential customer they keep telling that they have just started it and will be done in a month)4. In the process of renovation they uninstalled the security cameras and now we keep losing packages from the mail room. (their response is it is not our responsibility if the packages are getting stolen)5. The access doors are always under repair or intentionally kept open for the working staff to access the building. So anyone can enter the building.6. They stopped working on renovation inside the building and started painting the building outside. When we asked why, their response was to make the building more attractive and visible from the road, to attract more customers.7. The club house is closed from past 10 months in the name of renovation.8. The office staff is very rude and does not want to hear your issue.The list goes on
