I lived at Georgian Court for 4 years, half time in a one bed and half time in a two bed. If you pay your rent on time and are a respectful neighbor, its a fine place to live. The maintenance man Chuck is awesome and very responsive. The units themselves are nothing to write home about but they do all have baseboard heat (very efficient) and hardwood floors. The location is pretty convenient as well with restaurants, grocery, and other amenities within walking distance.

I liked everything about it except that you had to go outside to get the the laundry room in the basement!
