My apartment had unexpected roaches the whole time I lived here and management didn't care nor do anything for Read More myself & my 2 children to live comfortably so we have to vacant. The walls are very thin you can hear everything and everybody literally. Parking sucks at all hours unless you and your visitors love to walk a few miles just for fun. Plus rent is really $1,020 + a month not what they advertise it changes every month it's rigged.

I've lived in approximately 10 different complexes in my military career and this is by far the worst complex Read MoreI've ever lived in.
1) Due to problems with my moving company, I was forced to move out mid month before my official move to Korea. The complex charged me nearly full amount -$1300 out of $1500. I moved on out on the 15th. Absurd.
2) After leaving the complex and moving to Korea, I was hit with a $1000 fee for replacing the carpet bc they claimed it was "soaked" with urine. My dog is house broken and it did not smell like urine. They took advantage of a military member who they knew was moving halfway around the world to make a profit. My power of attorney called five times and nobody ever called back. When my power of attorney called the manager was rude and disrespectful. Disgraceful.
I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Ft Leavenworth housing office.
Bottom Line: Stay far away, especially if you're military.
Weigh their reply against a 15-year active duty military officer with four years in Iraq and Afghanistan who has never written a complaint online against a complex before.

Monica has helped me from the start and she is amazing! Always so nice knows me by name when ever I come in th Read Moree office I cant say enough great things about her. The apartment is decent kind of small but the bedroom and walkin closet is great!

The only issue I have is that the pool and exercise room hours are very limited to the times when the leasing Read Moreoffice is open-that means on summer holidays, residents can not use the pool--Memorial day, fourth of july and labor day?? also not open in the evenings or before 10:00am. People that work cant use the amenities--this makes no sense and is not right. The amenities should be open longer hours. Also the second club house pool and exercise room are not open on weekends! The busiest time!

The main issue is the office is open 7 days a week Monday through Friday 10am 6pm so that means the pool, medi Read Morea room, workout room etc... operate doing those that isn't convenient for someone who works 9am 6pm like myself. Other then the ant issue. I have no complaints. Everyone that works in the office is great, and when you have any issues they fix it right away.
