    What you see is not what you get. Walls, ceilings and floors are built so cheaply and thin that you can hear every step, conversations, and everything else a neighbor does. Grounds are not kept up-saw extensive deterioration of grounds, dumpsters and ponds over a ten month period. Safety of residents is very questionable when outside lighting and stairwell lighting doesnt work for a five day stretch. Residents literally carrying flashlights or using cell phone lighting to get to their apartments. Your only option for cable and TV is through the company chosen by the rental owners, Edward Rose. TV is extremely limited and costly. Internet is worthless. Maintenance Work orders are marked as completed when in fact the issue hasnt been addressed. Maintenance staff is inconsistent in their customer service-some are thoughtful and responsive, while others are careless, rude and non responsive when on-call.

    It would have been excellent but the cost nkn of rent keeps going up. Otherwise the apartments are nice and spacious. The location is peaceful.

    The management team (Mariah) refuses to ever be helpful. For instance when calling about a problem she decide to say well I refuse to take a wall out and unfreeze a pipe, Im just so glad that the weather wont be bad tomorrow. When we kept insisting that it was a drainage problem. Her comments are disrespectful, sarcastic and unprofessional. If you have a maintaince problem such as your toliet or plumping system not working youre best off calling a plumber yourself,which is what we did and they told us it was just very clogged not frozen. Also triple check your apartment before moving in. Our windows were never sealed causing rain water from May to August to come into our apartment, we didnt Answer two phone calls due to working nights and were threaten by her that the damage was our fault and we would be left with the fees. She leaves voicemails threatening to cause higher fees.... she is the only issue at hunters pond, everyone else that works there is super polite, kind and friendly no matter what the issue is especially the maintenance crew who will bring you a plunger when yours breaks.

Pet policy: A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.
