The complex does not allow market competition for internet. The only internet is Bloom Broadband, which is ow Read Morened by the developer. It is slow and has a draconian data cap, which makes sense considering Bloom doesn't want you streaming video, as they are also the community's exclusive cable provider. I am also not enamored with the decision to allow dogs, which was imposed in the middle of my lease without the option to opt out. Now I keep my windows closed to drown out the barking.

Love living here! My only complaint is the parking. Perhaps it's just an issue over by 2701 - 2705, but spots Read Morenear our door are constantly full, forcing me to park a lot further from the building. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a nuisance.

Lotta geese. Not sure what's being done about them. They added dogs without consulting residents and place Read Mored them in buildings with cats. Noise concerns from multiple medium/large dogs directly above unit.

I love everything except the internet. The staff is great and apartment itself is wonderful and maintenance al Read Moreways prompt and helpful. Only complaint is internet connection and how slow it is.

My one complaint affects my overall living experience a lot. Soundproofing in the apts are horrendous. Walls a Read Morend windows do nothing to keep outside noise out. It is impossible to leave windows open at night because geese are always quacking. Wind also keeps me up at night, even when the windows are closed. Noise from within the apts are also unbearable and people are not even doing anything out of the ordinary! I can hear all movement from my upstairs neighbor, sometimes even whole conversations

Apartment style living can result in some external noise from time to time, but we do enforce community noise policies and encourage our residents to inform us if they feel their neighbors have been neglectful of these.
