Location is great and apartments are nice. I feel like maintenance is always in our apartment for some reason. They only knock once and immediately let themselves in. As a stay at home mom with a newborn this is very frustrating. I also ask for maintenance to be done when I am not home for this reason and they have yet to abide by that request.

I lived in Waters edge for 2 years before purchasing the home and came back for short term stay after selling the home. All these years service was excellent. The property manager, front desk staff and especially there were two maintenance guys who are professionals and fixes the broken stuff usually within 24 hours. Service is prompt. It's high end living for families with kids and singles. Quiet neighborhood. Can not beat the location. Minutes to mall and all restaurants.I highly recommend it!
