    Welcomed by mice, bugs (not bed bugs so far thankfully) and broken fridge. Every other month one or the other issue. Staff is nice overall and helpful including Minira. But the heating is bare minimum and you feel cold all the time. Even after complaining about the heat issue they have not raised it. So if you are willing to live in a room that is constantly cold you can live here.

    There are bedbugs in the building and they cant control it. They keep denying it. Its impossible to stay in my apartment because there are bedbugs in every room. They refuse to release my contract even after I have proof of all the bites, and pictures and videos of the bedbugs. Also a bunch of my items were stolen from the doormans office (which is where they receive all the packages) and they are also denying that while my packages are lost.

    I rented with this property management company before at another location and under another name CH Ventures the service was very bad, and the building manager and her family was very disrespectful and rude. The building was not well kept, and the elevator was always breaking down. The property management company that runs this complex at 5630 N Sheridan is CH Ventures which they failed to disclose on Zillow. If you look at the address on YELP, you will find that WR Property Management has the same exact address as CH Ventures. I went on a tour of the building and had a look at one of the units and I would not recommend this property or this company. Please be aware that CH Ventures, WR Property Management, Wilmette real estate and BCH Tower are all the same company and are all at the same location 107 Green Bay Road in Wilmette Illinois.

    There are RATs/Mice in these apartments, I moved 3 units in this building all had the same issues, rats and now moved out of this building.
