Walls are thin, nothing is insulated properly, the laundry is a steep charge for the fact the machines suck and you have to run everything at least twice. The radiators are decades old and dont properly function, the toilet runs constantly (and randomly overflows). Maintenance either never responds or randomly show up - sometimes at 5am and they never announce themselves. Once you sign a lease its a miracle if you ever hear from the leasing offices. Its a trap and I wish I never rented from here.

This entire complex is absolutely awful. My lease is up in a month and I can't wait to get out of here. The walls and floors are paper thin, the laundry room constantly floods with sewage water, maintenance takes forever to fix things, there are mice, and the neighbors are crazy. Do not rent here unless you want problems your entire stay.

The unit I was showed was very nice. However, the leasing agent who showed me the apartment never followed up. I asked a question via email after I was given a tour and still had no one respond to me. If the response time (lack thereof) for potential renters is this bad, I can only imagine how awful it is for current tenants. I am glad I decided to rent elsewhere.
