I love South Shore between 67th-72nd off of LSD only which is very Convenient to work. I toured this building around 2005 -2007 I must say it looked very dark and sad! I moved away to the suburbs for work and decided recently that I wanted to be back in the city! I was pressed to really see 7251 again because I always loved the height and location of the building but was concerned about the demographics inside the complex.On my Initial call I spoke with The Property Manager Christine. I told her what I wanted and what I was looking for. She assured me that She had the perfect apartment home for me! Shortly after I met with the Assistant Property Manager; Jennifer, who conducted the apartment tour! She was great, pleasant, informative and she listened to what I wanted! It was a great tour! After connecting with Christine and Jennifer all of my insecurities went out the door!! I love the updates and renos that is taking place with in my new apartment and within the building! I appreciate the security in the building and I love the views!!! : it makes me feel safe and at peace! So Im excited to start my lease in August! I wish whoever (New residents and Old residents) see this review! Please take care of your home! Please take care of your community! Management is making changes so great people will be attracted to our community! Thank you Christine and Jennifer for helping me secure a new place I can call home!!!

I'm not sure what to say about this place. I looked on website and it stated to rent you would have to make 2xs the rent but upon going in they ask for 3xs the amount. And if you get a cosigner they have to make 5 xs the rent. I feel like they are out for money only. I have talked to tenants that only get SSI so 3times the rent? Bit suspect

The apartments are not worth what they are charging and are cheaply rehabbed. They went up on the rent starting at $125, there was no communication sent out about it except at the end of their lease. The apartments are not properly heated, washing machines, elevators and trash chute are always broken.

Roaches and poor heat. The building is old so the apartments that have not been renovated properly are drafty and dont hold heat. The halls and trash rooms are not cleaned daily, for this reason and not so clean neighbors, is why roaches are running freely. Meanwhile the first floor and office is cleaned every day. Please dont be fooled.
