The buildings decor of their convertible frosted glass partician floor to ceiling windows and the clever layouts and floating kitchen islands. The lighting of steam room dry sauna hot tub indoor open door to sundeck pool, fire pits are so inviting and different little nooks to hide away and hang out. Love the sky deck with an incredible views of the city lights overlooking Lake MI and Chicago River. Staff are friendly and on point to assist. Garage is all covered for parking is essential.

I cannot think of any apartment better than 73 E Lake in downtown Chicago. It is close to everything but the rent is reasonable comparing to other apartments near-by.

The building is great, however there is so much room for improvement Amenities often don't work. Computers and printers need to be maintained better. same goes for the steam room.

73 E Lake St provides a clean and friendly environment to live it. The apartments have great privacy and in the 2 years we have lived here we have had minimal issues with neighbors or sound carrying through walls. The amenities are kept up well and the staff monitors these areas frequently to make sure residents are respecting the space as well.
