From my experience with you, a lot of the properties never contact you, which makes it a waste of time, to this point not a good experience.

Also please know that we contact a lot prospective tenants on a daily basis who don't pick up our phone calls or answer our emails. Are you sure we didn't reach out to you?

Love my apartment, have been there almost 3 years, love the landlord, hate the guy next door and his 4 loud dogs.

The Landlord was a bit controlling and unreasonable at times but after a face to face talk, everything was smoothes over. The overall community is beautiful, thick walls and great wood floors, a traditional older building so the landlord really took good care of the property. If the street parking wasn't so dreadful, I would've stayed.
