I have lived in 3 other apartments in chicago and this has by far been the absolute worst one. Negligent management that lets their resident dump trash all over the floor and the hallways. Cockroaches in the units and hallways/common spaces. Asked management to do something over 4 times wasnt until threatened with legal action did they do anything about it. The person who told me about the unit straight up lied to me about the amenities and one of the people in the management office have lied to me via email on multiple occasions I even have proof that she was blatantly lying to me. Do not live here, not worth the money in the slightest bit. You can find cheaper and better with more effort this place is heinous and I would not recommend it to anyone.
