Died and gone to heaven better than Rogers Park for the same money. No lake views and less transit, but almos Read Moret no begging or murdering either. Fantastic working fire alarms and sprinklers for every room and hallway. Smoke detectors are wired in, but require batteries. Shopping of every kind within walking distance, but lots of traffic. Paying rent complicated, no utilities free. Many pets. Almost monthly utility outage days. Old a/c efficient and effective, but loud. Sirens & floods.

Some of the facility is aged and requires attention, the laundry always has broken down equipment and people d Read Moreon't clean up after themselves. It is a pet friendly building and the mess left by the pets/ owners who do not clean up after them is ridiculous. I can't even count the amount of times I stepped or almost stepped in urine on the elevators and dog sh.t in the entry walkway. In addition, the pet owners allow their pets to go right outside the front entrance which is supposed not be allowed
