The high rent does not match what you get for the price (small square footage, outdated appliances, poor gym e Read Morequipment, radiator heat) but because of the location I think many overlook this. The apartment building is very old, which unfortunately creates a lot of problems (water heating issues, peeling paint, water pressure). The location is absolutely wonderful, that's why I wanted to live there. If rent increases when I renew my lease, it simply will not be worth the price. Roof deck is nice.
