It's very young and hip. There are a lot of food options and a lot of boutiques and shopping options. All my essentials are 3-10 minutes away. It's near downtown and feels very urban.

I enjoy going to places that intrigue me and raise my spirit but I think is totally unnecessary for me to list

It's perfectly centrally located, so it's close to everything! I can catch a train or bus to anywhere, and there are always cabs.

Super affordable 2 bed apartments Free parking. Next to a street full of different pubs and restaurants. Small parks within community.
