      Sad that there was an income ceiling. Rents in DeKalb County have sky rocketed and there are many people that make over the income limit but dont make enough to afford the 1200-1300 rents that are being asked. There needs to be affordable housing for all, including middle income residents of Dekalb County

      I have lived in the community now for slightly more than 6 months. And I can honestly say we could not be happier. Karissa, the manager, is incredibly receptive and always gets back quickly to address any concerns. By far the best property manager I have ever had. And in fact her team of Monica and Jeff are also incredible. Following up on maintenance issues and always with a smile or friendly word. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great apartment, was super amenities, including a pool, apartment dishwasher and washer and dryer, beautiful well-kept grounds and great Neighbors
