The person from the office is very rude. She so arrogant. You ask her something she acts like if she pays my bills. My electric is not well done. I cant have more than one ac because the electric goes off. Its really annoying because I made the lady from the office aware she just say you using too much light first of all she doesnt pay my electric bill I do. I asked all the questions about the electricity before I move in and the agent had said my electric wouldnt go off!!! Im really disappointed

Disgusting roach invested rodent invested place. Dirty place rude management. This is not how run a business they are ignorant. I should have never moved here

it's roach infested. in the landlord does not like to answer your calls, and does not like when you tell them that something's went wrong. they are rude and unkind to you whether you.

This place doesnt care about you. All building have bugs, pop corn ceilings, the carpet hasnt be replaced in years, the appliance are over 20-25 years now. The bathroom get moldy, the windows are disgusting, the a/c is terrible. I called about my apartment being too hot on Tuesday 11/24. I set an appt for Wednesday 11/25, nobody showed up. Nobody called on Thursday or Friday to follow up. The pictures you see online only set up for pictures, dont fool yourself. This place is disgusting.

Run they bought the complex and take weeks to fix things for current residents. The office staff talks through a door because of covid but they havent clean the hallways in 5 months. They dont do anything for current residents but take are rent. They told us in April that we would have to move to another until, but we would not be able to see it. Some of these units are infested with bugs. I know what i have. So once they till us we will 14 days to either move where they tell us or move out. One bldg hot water heater went out and it took them over 10 days to replace. Other unit fridge does not work its been 3 months and still did not replace. But dont be late with rent. Only communication is notes on the doors what a joke. Run
