Would never recommend this Place . The management are very disrespectful , not a place to stay . Honestly , Please look for another place .Would never recommend this place to my friends, family or anyone.

Park Colony was a fine place to live - nothing fancy, but there wasn't anything wrong with it either.

Very family friendly Maintenance was always on top of the issue Only two inconveniences I experienced wEre gym hours should've extended longer than 10pm , 11pm would've been more convenient. The other issue is that renovation required certain tenants to move out and caused a significant increase in rent if you decided to go with an updated unit.
