I am very disappointed by the service of Park Ridge Commons. First, the office conveniences themselves rather than the residents. On the weekends, they close the gym early around 5:30pm, even though that is when most people are off of work. During the day they close 8pm which can be read from their site. However, the office feels the need to close 15 sometimes even 30 minutes before the actual time posted. This is fraud advertisement and they can be sued. One event I remember was a rude round blonde woman with black glasses who went around the entire gym asking people about my information. She engages in gossip with the residents. I abhor the service. Not only that, at times the gym machines do not work and instead of trying to find the root of the problem, all they say is "We can't do anything and will have to call someone." They do not call anyone. Lastly, they hate opening the swimming pool. Even when the sky looks cloudy, they will not open pool because "It LOOKS like it will rain." I am a very disappointed resident.

Bad management never cooperate, every one so rude .living here but now moving because of bad behavior and too much roaches in the apartment .never recommend anyone to rent these horrible apartment..Apartment's are very old and run down . Worst part is my apartment was very badly infested with roaches .

Good neighborhood .... Apartment walls are very thin , noises can be heard very easily .. Service is good but it could be better

Poor maintenance due to cockroaches almost ever block During my stay . I didn't see any control took over, just they are reacting for the issues It is not worth for the rent paid . Simply there is no or poor maintenance.

When it was time to move out of the apartment, we went back for final cleaning, an hour's drive, and found that the locks had already been changed before our lease was up.

While the apartment itself was spacious and nice (hard wood floors), good closets, large kitchen, the reason I would not live there again is that the walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the apartments above and next door. Even with ear plugs, it did not block all the noise. My other issue is that the building smells were very disturbing to me. I suppose it was a combination of various cooking smells with what else I do not know.
