Management was pleasant and helpful. Maintainence was quick and friendly. I was treated fairly when I left regarding security deposit.

Very dirty when moving in. Paid non-refundable cleaning deposit. I cleaned before leaving, then they charged because they said I didn't clean well enough. Charged (2) full months for breaking lease, then rented it and never refunded any of the lease breaking fee.
