We searched the Chicagoland area for over a year before choosing this place. We love living here and don't have any intention to leave in the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!

I was relocated in March of 2018 to another state. My lease was up mid April. I lived in this facility from Read More2006 to 2008 and then returned in 2015, just completed a 30 month stay and could not wait to get out. Comparing the management team from 2006 to the team now, the difference is night and day. 1. Office staff is rarely available via phone, when you call, at least my calls, always went to voice mail. Lucky if you got a response within 24 hours. Don't even think about walking into the office while a leasing agent is with a prospective renter... you will be ignored and dismissed.2. Facility spent huge dollars on upgrading the common areas in 2017. It is lovely. However, the rent continues to escalate in price. Rent is very high and the amenities continue to be up and down. Compared to other properties that I have leased, this one is bar far the most expensive.3. Maintenance does a pretty good job for the most part. When I moved into my latest unit I had to wait one month after a service request was submitted and then get angry with the staff before I received service. It was not considered urgent. Also, during my most recent lease my washer malfunctioned. Maintenance came within 24 hours to tell me that the unit had to be replaced. All good - right? No. They had no units in stock. Needed to be ordered. Maintenance asked me to close out the work order so they would not get in trouble with the manager. Took 10 days to get a new machine. UGH.4. Parking - get ready to pay dearly and there are not enough spaces to accommodate your vehicle in front of your wing. Way over priced and they do not tell you until after you move in that you need to pay for a village parking sticker - annually5. Rules, rules and more rules - daily e-mails- don't do this, don't do that.... so terribly controlling.Overall lovely place but the current management is why I rated this property 2 stars.Move here at your own risk - should I go on?
