the apartments are very dated. i moved in just two years ago. white with terrible brown trim cabinets, horribl Read Moree vinyl kitchen floor, white barely functioning dated appliances, white with brown bathroom vanity dated lights. in order to become current with the renevations a better apartment home, i would have to move to another apartment. they should try to update the current residence apartments so we would want to stay as well as the vacancies.

The staff was great! However, my neighbors were not good. They were very loud and the smoke from in their apar Read Moretments frequently got into my apartment.

We chose this apartment for its location in Elmhurst. It was decent. The interior is out dated and not having Read More a dishwasher in the kitchen was a pain, but overall you get what you pay for. The staff here are very friendly and they respond promptly when issues arrived.

The apartments themselves are fairly nice and the location is good, but the quality of other tenants was poor. Read More In the last few months I was there, I had to call the police about domestic violence issues I overheard, loud parties at 2am, and related issues. Seemed like a lot of low class people were moving in. There were also some people who would hang out in the parking lot at night who were a bit scary.
