I rented a one bedroom apartment but this place for 2 years I was a very good tenant paid my bills I don't never been evicted even from this place and when I gave noticed move out I even took pictures which unfortunately I lost of how well maintain I left the apartment and they stole my security deposit 500 bucks I don't recommend this place at all the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors the dogs crap all over the place and they don't pick it up no I don't I do not recommend this place at all and obviously by the ratings not many other people do buyer beware

The atmosphere here is much nicer than other properties I've lived. It's rather quiet with no party animals & the constant police visits that go along with them. For the most part other residents respect your property and actually realize other people live here as well.

Our main issue while living at Northfield Court was with the maintenance. We got to a point that we stopped calling. The few times we did call, we were treated poorly, talked to as if we were idiots, and nothing was ever actually done. If I had had the time or the proper tools, I would have taken care of the problems myself. In the end, moving out was just as much of a hassle as living there was. We were over charged for just about everything!

they need to keep their promise on what they tell you . And there is a lot of gangs there.

Had serious issues with the neighbor directly above my unit. Very loud was hooking up to my electricity causing my bill to be very high every month. I really noticed when I was out of the Country for a full month and had turned off and unplugged everything in my apartment and still had a power bill of over $200.00. I told the office about this and the electric company as well but they never found anything because they would let the resident know what date and time they were stopping by.
