        Never called/ contacted me regarding a unit, I inquired twice, no one should have to fill out an application just to look at a unit. That's personal information that they have if you don't like what you see, doesn't matter if you have virtual videos online that doesn't mean your property actually looks like that.

        Run!! Terrible management. Ceilings leak. Cheap carpet. Many bugs. Must document everything. We charged for things that werent even our fault. Not worth the troubles!

        Do not move here. For 2 years we have struggled with maintenance issues that are never answered in a timely manner, leaks, mold, and poor management. The buildings are not maintained. The rent is affordable (which is why we've stayed for 2 years) however we will not be renewing our lease this spring. The lower rent is not worth the stress and hazards. The way this property is run is completely unacceptable.
