I have lived in this community for 8 yrs and just moved to a bigger apartment in this community. I like living here and can count on the people working with Aimco to take good care of me and my family in our needs as tenents. THANK YOU.

Do NOT rent here. These are not luxury apartments. The common areas never get cleaned. Dumpsters are always overflowing. Cigarette butts all over the grass. Gutter drains not bolted down and swing in the wind pounding against the building and flowing right into the foundation. It took the maintenance staff over 24 hours to fix the heat.."sorry I forgot and was busy doing something else". The office manager is a piece of work. And the corporate office doesn't follow up. Raise the rent for what?? To remodel the club house instead of cleaning up the property!?

You don't want to live here! They will charge you fees on top of fees!!! This place is very low class and is far beyond luxury. The worst experience ever! People do not rent or sign anything with lakeside! Run form them! 1 star is too much for you!!!!

If I could help people, I would tell to RUN away from this place. They are shady, unpleasant and extremely rude. Lakeside is everything and not luxury facility. They are desperate for residents! Fees on top of fees! Your parking is $15 and if you have guests they need to pay for guest parking. Apartments are old and outdated! No laundry in the apartment! Stay away from this place!!!

The Lakeside Apartments are a joke do not live here unless you enjoy lack of assistance, incompetent staff and not being told important information. My sister just moved in here and has already had multiple issues, she bought parking passes and was not told there was a certain places for guests to park, when i woke up this morning i was completely shocked to see my car had been towed and that i would have to pay over $200 to get it back. When my sister went to talk to staff about why my car was towed she was greeted my Jesus who refused to take her seriously and insisted she was fully at fault and insisted he had never made a mistake in his life, he never tried to find a solution or help whatsoever it is absolutely shocking that they allow someone this stuck up to work for them, this place is a waste of money and this is one of many stories from the past few weeks, dont live here.
