Overall experience is good. Evidently some residents are trashy and leave their trash around common areas.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on the community. We appreciate your feedback.
Great place to live; parking is terrible; you must get a spot in the garage but it's expensive... Pretty much Read Moreno open parking after 5pm. Hard to have friends over without a place for them to park. Additionally, it's pretty expensive to live here but very safe.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We recommend garage parking as well and offer parking at various rates to be as understanding as possible to our resident's budgets. On a positive note, heading into the winter season won't it be nice not to have to remove the snow from your vehicle! Thank you for your residency and please know we value your feedback.
Very efficient, staff works quickly to address any issues I may have

Beware, major flooding problems. Apartments sit in a flood-plane near the East Dupage river. In the spring of Read More2013 the water covered the front door of the apartments. Google search the apartments on WGN and watch the residents being saved by rescue crews. Worse than the actual flood was the way the management treated the tenants during this flooding. We were all stringed along without any idea of how soon we'd be able to get back into our places. TWO MONTHS W/O A HOME! THEY HAVE MOLD NOW! BEWARE
