It is an Ok place to live. There is only one person on-site to do maintenance and upkeep around the property so sometimes things take some time to get fixed or sidewalks aren't immediately shoveled. The apartment is a little dated but was clean when I moved in. No problems with neighbors, pretty quiet. The rent is very reasonable for the area so you take the good with the bad.

Good complex for a single person who wanted to live on their own. No frills, and I found the landlord somewhat unresponsive when I'd make requests for assistance with the fixtures in my unit.

It was clean, reasonably priced apartments, with onsite management that if you ever needed anything fixed they got to it promptly.

It is basically OK but there are issues like the hotwater does not last very long yet there is a water heater in my apartment that I cannot turn up and the air conditioner upstairs leaks onto my balcony and also on my floor, there was some repair done to the wall and ceiling due to the water damage but the problem was not addressed. Also, I hear pounding on my ceiling all day every day from the residents upstairs.

The residence is anything but luxury. The property manager is rude and does not make repairs in a timely fashion. The property is so close to train tracks that the walls rattle at all hours. I would not live there again if I was paid to.

It is a great size unit and close to shopping. Vernon hills elementsry schools i believe currently. located behind some shabby looking apartments. Somethings really need to be updated but they are always making improvements. They state these are luxury apartments, but that is a bit of a stretch, they are a good size. Management are pretty good & accessable if you have any issues with you unit or building they have someone on site as well most of time to assist. I actually reside 50 s Shaddle.
